Your EPC may still be valid but the rules are changing in October 2026. A new four-metric framework replaces the single A–G rating, and many properties that currently appear compliant will look very different under the new system.

Home Performance Monitoring

An EPC tells you how your home was assessed on a single day. It does not tell you what is happening inside your walls right now.​ Our sensor platform monitors indoor air quality, temperature, humidity, damp risk, and mould indicators continuously. Giving you a real picture of how your home is actually performing.

 

For landlords, it provides an evidence trail for compliance. For residents, it flags problems before they become serious.
